One of grandma’s favourite recipes had been lovingly hand-rolled Besan ladoo. Still remember the joy of getting jars of them back home, from one of our visits to grandma’s house. Growing up, became aware of the harmful effect of refined sugar and thereby stopped indulging in sweet cravings. Now spend time reminiscing those days only. We usually love eating sweets after our meals, mostly after dinner. But in pursuit of healthy living, we have almost forgotten the pleasure of eating sweets.
