Complaints if any should be intimated to us at support@foodwalas.com or whatsapp at 9403954321 within 24 hours of product delivered.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a quality assurance from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned brand manufacturer mentioned on the package or let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, contact us at +91 94039 54321 or email us at support@foodwalas.com mentioning your Order ID & additionally, you need to send us images of shipment which is damaged! Within 48 hours we shall resolve the issue, if claim found to be genuine, we shall arrange a reverse pick up & replace/refund accordingly. Simple!
