Foodwalas is a curated online marketplace that connects customers with trusted regional food brands across India. Products available on the platform may be manufactured, packed, or fulfilled by independent brand partners.

By using Foodwalas, you confirm that:

  • You will use the website only for lawful purposes.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to enjoy a personalized shopping experience.

Foodwalas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

All orders placed on Foodwalas are subject to acceptance and product availability.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Foodwalas acts as a marketplace and customer service facilitator and shall not be responsible for manufacturing defects, product recalls, or representations made solely by the respective brand, except to the extent required under applicable law.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent purposes.

  • Interfere with website security.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Attempt unauthorized access.

  • Copy or misuse website content.

  • Use automated tools to scrape website data.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your access.

is owned by Foodwalas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodwalas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or products purchased through the platform.

Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foodwalas, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
