Received Wrong item

I have ordered 4kg of Bansal patisa but received 4 kg of Pinni , I have sent a few emails to foodwalas but they never responded, I have through out all sweets in garage, very bad service, I told my all friends about it and everyone promised that they never order to Bansal sweets and foodwalas in future. I am from USA , I haven't seen so worst service in my life. Do not order anything at foodwalas and Bansal Sweets, waste of money.

I have received only 3 boxes that too with fungus

The package was incomplete also was delivered on 18th evening and once opened has fungus on it
