Jalpan is a combination of Akhoiguri, Sandah made of Bora rice and sugar. All the materials are mixed well in a definite proportion in a food-grade blending machine and packed in an automatic packaging machine. It is a light and ready-to-eat meal and can be taken in breakfast, rich in carbohydrates and low in fat.
