Few Ahmedabad names cover this much ground — sweets, dairy, namkeen, bakery — under one counter since 1982. Shreeji Dairy earns its "and more."

Our story

In 1982, three Ahmedabad veterans — Hashwantrai C. Desai, Dharmendra Desai, and Kalpesh Desai — opened Shreeji Dairy's first unit in Maninagar East. It didn't stay a single shop for long. Word spread on the strength of the products alone, and the Desais followed demand outward: Maninagar West next, then Isanpur, Ghatlodiya, Vastral, and Vatva. Today, operating as Sumiran Foods Private Limited from Khokhara, that same family vision covers ground most single sweet shops never attempt — Thabdi Peda, Kaju Katli, and Motichur Ladoo sitting alongside genuine dairy staples like ghee, matho, and basundi, plus sugar-free mithai for health-conscious regulars and even Baklava for customers who've wandered past the usual mithai counter entirely. Forty-plus years in, it's still the Desai family's name on the door.

Our range of products varies from diverse sweets like Bengali sweets, mawa sweets, sugar-free sweets to dairy products like ghee, butter, matho, basundi, cream salad, etc to namkeen, chocolates & bakery products. We focus on innovation, experimenting with new products whilst constantly improving our existing products & strive to fulfill our customers' & suppliers' needs.
