Shrutis Coconut oil is Cold Pressed (Kachi Ghani) using a traditional wooden press, which preserves much of its nutrition. We at Shrutis bring you Cold pressed coconut oil straight from the coconuts, with Nothing added or Nothing extracted from it. The process involves drying of the coconut copra in direct sunlight, which is then pressed in a wooden chekku. Then the Cold pressed oil is passed through multiple layers of cotton fabric to remove the bitter and splattering sediments that are usually found in cold pressed Coconut oil.
