Akhoiguri is made by grinding Akhoi in a grinding machine which is then packed in an automatic packaging machine. Both Akhoi and Akhoiguri are tasty instant food that can be taken along with curd, Jaggery, and yogurt. This can be taken by all age groups starting from a child of six months of age. It is a light snack that has low-fat content and is eaten for breakfast or in the evening.
