Shrutis Cold Pressed (Kachi Ghani) Groundnut oil is Trans-fat free and cholesterol free, which makes it an amazing option. The process involves Cleaning & drying the Groundnuts in direct Sunlight. These dried Groundnuts are then placed into a WordPress (Marachekku ) and pressed. Then the Cold pressed oil is passed through multiple layers of cotton fabric to remove the bitter and splattering sediments that are usually found in cold-pressed Groundnut oil. This No-heat process retains much of the natural peanut flavor and more nutrients than refining does.
